Stat. 182.653 subd. 2: The employer did not furnish to each employee, conditions of employment and a place of employment free from recognized hazards which caused or were likely to cause death or serious injury to employees: Two employees were observed working out of a rough-terrain forklift basket securing poly to an already erected scaffold. The employees were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 25 feet because they were not protected with a personal fall arrest system or a fall restraint system.nt
