pipe for electrical runs throughout the finished concrete poured fifth
floor and left them
protruding 12 to 14 inches up which exposed the General Contractors
employees working
on the fifth floor to impalement hazards for one week.  Among other
methods
of
abatement is to install plastic caps on the exposed ends of the pipe.
