Section 5(a)(1) of the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970: The employer did not furnish employmnent and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to: On or about January 14, 2004, an employee operating and working from an aeriallift at the jobsite located at 925 S. University Avenue in Little Rock, Arkansas was exposed to injuries from falls due to not being protected by the use of a personal fall arrest system. One feasible method of abatement, among others is to initiate and require that personal fall arrest systems in accordance with Section 8.8(g) of the Amerian National Standard Institute, Boom Supported Elevating Work Platforms (ANSI A-92.5-1992)
