or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to
falls.
(a) Job site - 6050 Mood Rd. - Columbus, Ga. - On or about 01/14/04 -
Employees using Rough Terrain forklift with work
platform that was not secured to the forks.  Hazard of falls lower level.
Among other methods, one feasible and acceptable abatment method to
correct this hazard is to securely fasten the platform to
the forks of the lift.
