employees and comply with this regulation and other occupational safety and
health rules and regulations promulgated under Chapter 15 of Title 41,

struck
by vehicle traffic.  A feasible means of abatement, among others, is to
have
employee wear orange or other highly visible vest or garment when in or
near
roadway.
