recognized hazards which may cause death or serious physical harm to his
employees and comply with this regulation and other occupational safety and
health rules and regulations promulgated under Chapter 15 of Title 41,

A.  Employer knew or should have known that 4 employees cleaning floor in
the
room adjacent to dust collector room were exposed to the hazard of being
struck and/or crushed by falling wooden beams, steel beams, and light
fixtures.  A useful and feasible means of abatement, among others, is to
ensure that employees are not allowed to enter that particular room until
repairs are conducted to the roof.
