extending boom aerial lift, Serial Number 80-2080, was exposed to the
hazard
of falling through damaged bucket bottom in excess of 45 feet high at
Columbia
Hotel job site.  A feasible and useful method to correct this hazard, among
other methods, is to replace damaged bucket.
