reference material,
connected rotary cutter hydraulic lines in the incorrect tractor selective
control valve
couplings which resulted in insufficient hydraulic support to keep the
cutter wings from
falling.
Among other methods, one feasible and acceptable abatement method to
correct this hazard is to provide
specific equipment training and all necessary service reference material
to perform maintenance on rotary
cutters and tractors.
Abatement documentation (photographs, receipts, copies of programs,
training certification, etc.)
is required for this item.
