Section 6(h) of the Puerto Rico Occupational Safety and Health Act;  Each
owner of any
premises used in whole or in part as a place of employment, did not comply
with all the
occupational safety and health standard and all rules, regulations and
orders issued pursuant to
this act, with respect to those parts of the premises under his control
and not under the control
of the employer:
Seccion 6(h) de la Ley de Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo de Puerto Rico:
Cada dueno de
cualquier local usado todo o en parte como un sitio de empleo, no cumplio
con todas las normas
de salud y seguridad ocupacionales y todas las reglas, reglamentos y
ordenes emitidas de acuerdo
con esta ley, respecto a aquellas partes del local bajo su control y no
bajo el control del patrono:
Establishment of the Jose Campeche School, Anex D Building - the owner of
the building did
not take the necessary measures to prevent that employees of the Jose
Campeche
School were
exposed to the hazard of falls from the continuous water drips that falls
from the ceiling of the
D-2 and D-3 classrooms.  The water wets the floor and had caused the
deterioration of the
ceiling plaster and of the lamps, as well as had created promontories on
the floor from the
deposit of sediment in the water.  The dripping occured even in days when
was not raining.
Among other methods, one feasible and acceptable abatement method to
correct this hazard is
to make the necesary repairs to eliminate the water filtration of the
ceiling of the building that
causes the dripping and any damage on consecuence of it.

las medidas necesarias para prevenir que empleados de la Escuela Jose
Campeche se expusieran
al riesgo de caidas causado por un gotereo de agua continuo que cae del
techo en los salones D-2
y D-3.  Este goteo moja el piso y ha causado el deterioro del empanetado
del
techo y de las
lamparas, al igual que ha creado promontorios en el suelo por el deposito
de sedimento en el
agua.  El gotereo ocurria aun en dias en que no estaba lloviendo.
Entre otros metodos, un metodo factible y aceptable para corregir este
riesgo es el hacer las
reparaciones necesarias para eliminar la filtracion de agua en el techo
del edificio que causa el
goteo y cualquier dano en consecuencia de esta.cuencia
