pipes
protruding 4 to 8 1/2 inches above the floor were not protected from
impalement in the event of a fall.

correct this hazard is
to guard the pipes with rebar caps or construct a guard to eliminate the
hazard.
Abatement documentation (photographs, receipts, copies of programs,
training
certification, etc.) is required for this item.
