Denali Park Road, 4 Mile Slump:  On or about July 15, 2008 and at times
prior thereto, an
employee operating a Dynapac model CA362, equipment number 21239 soil
compactor adjacent
to a 1.5 to 1 slope did not utilize the seatbelt provided.  The employee
was exposed to crushing
injuries in the event the equipment was involved in a roll-over incident.
Among other methods, one feasible and acceptable abatement method to
correct the hazard is
to ensure the employee utilizes the seat belt provided when operating the
equipment adjacent to
steep slopes.t
