hazards that were
causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in
that employees were
exposed to electrical hazards:
F/V Sea Venture refrigeration pump space electrical panel:  On or about
January 28, and times
prior thereto, employees were exposed to live electrical equipment
energized to 208 volts when
opening the refrigeration pump circuit breaker panel.  The dead-front
facing was not secured and
came off when the panel was opened.  Contact with the energized parts
would result in
significant electrical burn and shock trauma.
Among other methods, a feasible means of abatement would include having a
qualified person
correctly install the dead-front facing inside the panel.
