employer did not furnish
employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized
hazards that were
causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in
that employees were
exposed to:
Maintenance shop:  On or about February 8, 2010 and times prior thereto,
unqualified
employees were exposed to live breaker wiring terminals inside Panel P5
that was energized up
to 440 volts.  Contact with the energized parts could cause injury
including electrocution.
Among other methods one feasible and acceptable abatement method to
correct the hazard is to
install a cover(s) over the breaker wiring terminals where they are
exposed.
