on the 160 ton Aizawa hydraulic press brake machine, the return control
button
was non-functional. Among other methods, one feasible and acceptable
abatement
methods to correct this hazard would be to follow the American National
Standard consensus standard, B11.3-2002 section 6.1.4, and ensure that all
hydraulic press brake machines equipped with a "stop return" control
buttons are
properly working.
