hazard
during the application of striping to the side of the roof of a gas
station while
standing on the top of a metal eight foot Werner stepladder.  The ladder
was
clearly marked with the warning "Do Not Stand at or above this level.  YOU
CAN
LOSE YOUR BALANCE" on the step below the top of the ladder.
