correct this hazard
is to:
Follow the Operators & Safety Service & Maintenance Manual. It states
that:" Keep Rider
Off Machine. Only allow operator on machine. Riders are subject to injury.
They may fall
from machine, be caught between machine parts, or be struck by foreign
objects. Riders may
obstruct operator's view or impair his ability to operate machine safely."
Employees should
also be trained in the recognition of hazardous conditions. The employer
must ensure that
these safety-operating precaution are followed.
