were exposed to the hazard of being crushed by a raised vehicle.

An employee was crushed by a 2008 Dodge Grand Caravan while attempting to
release
the cable that secured the spare tire located under the front center of
the vehicle.  The
vehicle was raised on the jack.
Among other methods, one feasible and acceptable abatement method to
correct this hazard is
to train employees on Jacking and Tire Changing procedures and warnings
outlined in Chapter
6, What to do in Emergencies, of the Owner's Manual which states "Never
get any part of your
body under a vehicle on a jack.  If you need to get under a raised
vehicle,
take it to a service
center where it can be raised on a lift".
