woodchipper within the length of a tree being felled;  On or about

Abatement Notes:
Among other methods, these methods are feasible to reduce the hazard:
1. Follow ANSI Z133.1-2000 For Arboricultural Operations - Pruning,
Repairing, Maintaining,
and Removing Trees, and Cutting Brush Safety Requirements Section
9.5.5,"Workers shall be
positioned and their duties organized so the actions of one worker will
not create a hazard for
any other worker."
2. Follow ANSI Z133.1-2000 For Arboricultural Operations - Pruning,
Repairing, Maintaining,
and Removing Trees, and Cutting Brush - Safety Requirement Section 9.5.6,
"Workers not
directly involved in the removal operation shall be clear of the work area
where practicable
beyond the length of the tree unless a team of employees is necessary to
remove a particular
tree."
