recognized hazards that
were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to

were exposed to explosions and fire hazards while improperly transporting
L-P gas cylinders:
a)  On or about November 18, 2004 and at times prior, Athey Beaman Company
Inc. did
not ensure that employees were protected from explosion and fire hazards.
Employees
did move 100 pound propane cylinders without securing them from movement.
Among others, a feasible and acceptable method of abatment to correct this
hazard is:
1.  Provide a safe cradle or platform in which the cylinders can be
secured for
transporting and unloading.
