Section 5(a)(1) of the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970: The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to FALL HAZARDS: a)At the worksite, on or about 2/3/05: An employee was working in the bucket of a New Holland skid steer approximately 7 feet above the ground level. Among other methods, feasible and acceptable abatement methods to correct this hazard is to: Never work from the bucket of a skid steer in accordance with the Association of Equipment Manufacturers Safety Manual for Skid Steer, December 2002, page 21.e
