Section 6(a) of the Puerto Rico Occupational Safety and Health Act:  The
employer did not
furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from
recognized hazards that
were causing or likely to cause death or physical harm to employees in
that employees were
exposed to:

El patrono no
proveyo empleo y un sitio de empleo libre de riesgos reconocidos que esten
causando o que
puedan causar muerte o dano fisico a los empleados, por cuanto empleados
estaban expuestos
a:
At the blueprints van - employees were exposed to fungi growth over the
range, the colonies
forming units were over 1,000 cfu.  The colonies found inside the van were
1,318 cfu.
Employees had to go there on a daily basis to find blueprints.
Among other methods, one feasible and acceptable method is to either hire
a
professional
company to clean up or, apply a fungicidal substance to eliminate and
control the growth.
Hazard: Illnesses related to fungi exposure.
En el van de los planos - empleados estaban expuestos a crecimiento de
hongo sobre el nivel,
las colonias formadas por unidad estuvieron sobre 1,000 cfu.  Las colonias
encontradas dentro
del "van" fueron 1,318.  Los empleados iban a diario al lugar a buscar
planos.
Entre otros metodos, un metodo factible y aceptable es alquilar los
servicios de una compania
profesional para que limpien o, aplicar una sustancia fungicida para
eliminar y controlar el
crecimiento.
