N.C.G.S. 95-129(1) of the Occupational Safety and Health Act of
North Carolina:  The employer did not furnish each of his
employees conditions of employment and a place of employment free
from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause
death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees
were exposed to Prime Plus (2-chloro-N-[2,6-dinitro-4-
(triflouromethyl)phenyl}-N-ethyl_6-flourobenzenemethamine):
1)Employer failed to provide migrant farm workers
applying  Prime Plus (2-chloro-N-[2,6-dinitro-4-
(triflouromethyl)phenyl}-N-ethyl_6-flourobenzenemethamine)
adequate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as required by
the label and MSDS.
Among other methods one feasible and acceptable method
of abatement is for the employer to provide at no cost to
the migrant farm workers chemical resistant gloves,
footwear, safety glasses with splash guards, and coveralls
as described on the label and MSDS.
