not furnish
employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized
hazards that are
causing or likely to cause death or physical harm to employees in that
employees were exposed
to:

proveyo empleo y un sitio de empleo libre de riesgos reconocidos que esten
causando o que
puedan causar muerte o dano fisico a los empleados, por cuanto empleados
estaban expuestos
a:
At the Cingular Wireless, Sales Area (Station 36,37,38 and 39). The
employees were
performing the following works: customer services and sales among others.
The exit way
access was 11" inches in wide, instead of 28" as estipulated in the
1910.36(g)(2)
standard.
Hazard: Stumble.
Among others method, one feasible and aceptable is create more space.
En Cingular Wireless, Area de Ventas (Estacion 36,37,38 y 39). Los
empleados
realizaban los siguientes trabajos, servicio al cliente y venta entre
otras cosas. La via de
acceso de salida era 11" de ancho, en lugar de 28" segun se estipulaba en
la norma
1910.36(g)(2).
Riesgo: Tropezones.
