Section 6(a) of Puerto Rico Occupational Safety and Health Act: The
employer did not furnish
employment and a place of employment wich were free from recognize hazards
that were
causing or likely to cause death or physical harm to employees in that
employees were exposed
to:
Seccion 6(a) de la Ley de Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo de Puerto Rico:
El Patrono no
proveyo empleo y un sitio de empleo libre de riesgos reconocidos que esten
causando o que
puedan causar muerte o dano fisico a los empleados, por cuanto empleados
estaban expuestos
a:
At the "Instituto de Cultura Puertorriquena", theater office, the
employees were observed
performing office works such as: completing documents, aswering phone,
coordinating
activities, among others. Were observed spots in the ceiling that showed
water filtrations.
Hazard: Slips and Falls.
Among other correction methods, a feasible and acceptable method correct
this hazard
is repair the ceiling.
En el Instituto de Cultura Puertorriquena, oficina de teatro, los
empleados estaban
realizando trabajos de oficina tales como: completando documentos,
contestando el
telefono, coordinando actividades, entre otros. Se observaron manchas en
el techo que
evidenciaban filtraciones de agua.
Riego: Resbalones y caidas.
Entre otros metodos de correccion, un metodo factible y aceptable para
corregir este
problema  es reparar el techo.r
