employer did not furnish
employment and a place of employment wich were free from recognized
hazards that were
causing or likely to cause death or physical harm to employees in that
employees were exposed
to:
Seccion 6(a) de la Ley de Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo de Puerto Rico:
El patrono no
proveyo empleo y un sitio de empleo libre de riesgos reconocidos que esten
causando o puedan
causar muerte o dano fisico a los empleados, por cuanto empleados estaban
expuestos a:
At Consolidated Waste Services metal working area it was observed a metal
cutter saw
trademark Makita, model 2414NB of 3800 rpm  over a non stable surface, the
metal
cutter saw moved front and  back while the employee was using it. The
employee was
cutting apiece of metal.
Hazard: Contact with the machine rotating part.
En el area del taller de trabajos en metal de Consolidated Waste Services
se observo una
sierra de cortar metales marca Makita, modelo 2414 NB de 3800 rpm, la cual
estaba
sobre una superficie inestable, la cortadora de metal se movia hacia atras
y hacia adelante
mientras el empleado la utilizaba. El empleado estaba cortando un pedazo
de metal.
Riesgo: Contacto con la parte rotativa de la maquina.

At Consolidated Waste Services yard, it was observed a 19 feet platform
without brakes.
The employee use the platform to carry waste buckets to and from the
field. The
platform was without brakes during all it existence in the company because
it brakes
never where installed. The employee told the employer from the problem
since it start
to work with that platform.
Hazard: Transit accident.
En el patio de Consolidated Waste Services, se observo una plataforma de
19' sin frenos.
El empleado utilizaba la plataforma para cargar canastos de basura desde y
hasta el
campo. La plataforma siempre se ha encontrado sin frenos durante toda su
existencia en
la compania, ya que nunca le fueron instalados los mismos. El empleado le
habia dicho
al patrono del problema desde que este comenzo a trabajar con la
plataforma.
Riesgo: Accidente de transito.
