patrono no proveyo empleo y un sitio de empleo libre de riesgos
reconocidos que estan causando
o que puedan causar muerte o dano fisico a los empleados, por cuanto
empleados estaban
expuestos a:
At the Cingular Wireless PR, Department of Credit and Collection, the
employees were
performing credit and collection works to customers. The area floor carpet
of the aisles
in the office, for where the employees were moved, was wrinkle, to
blocking the safe
way of the employees.
Hazard: Stumbles and falls.
Among others method, one feasible and acceptable is replace the floor
carpet.
En Cingular Wireless PR, Departamento de Credito y Cobro, los empleados
realizaban
trabajos de credito y cobro a clientes. La alfombra de area de los
pasillos de la oficina,
por donde se trasladaban los empleados, estaba arrugada, impidiendo el
paso seguro de
los empleados.
Riesgo: Tropezones y Caidas.
Entre otros metodos, uno accesible y aceptable es reemplazar la alfombra.r

At the Cingular Wireless PR, Consumer Service Department, the employees
were
performing customers services works. The chairs in wich the employees
spent their work
shifts had broken armrests, exposing the employees to sharp edges that
could cause cuts.
Hazard: Contact with sharp parts.
Among others method, one feasible and acceptable is repair the chairs.
En Cingular Wireless P.R., Departamento de Servicio al Cliente, los
empleados estaban
realizando trabajos de servicios a clientes. Se observo que los brazos de
las sillas, en
donde los empleados pasaban sus turnos de trabajo sentados, estaban rotos.
Exponiendo
partes filosas con las cuales los empleados podian cortarse.
Riesgo: Contacto con partes filosas.
Entre otros metodos, uno accesible y aceptable es reparar las sillas.
