employer did not furnish
employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized
hazards that were
causing or likely to cause death or physical harm to employees in that
employees were exposed
to:

El patrono no
proveyo empleo y un sitio de empleo libre de riesgos reconocidos que esten
causando
o que
pueda causar muerte o dano fisico a los empleados, por cuanto empleados
estaban expuestos a:
Cambas storage area tripod (palmer 16), among others, reciving area
(Palmer 12): While
the employees were performing art sales work's, among others, it was
observed due to
water leacks consecuences, there were parts of the concrete roof released.
Hazard: Head injuries, slippings and/or falls.
Among other method, one feasible and acceptable abatement method to
correct this
hazard is making a new ceiling with a sealing compound.
Area de almacen de cambas, tripodes, entre otros (Palmer 16), area de
recibidor(Palmer
12): Mientras los empleados realizaban trabajos de venta de materiales de
arte, entre
otros, se observo que a consecuencia de las filtraciones de techo, habian
partes del techo
de cemento que se desprendieron.
Riesgo: Lesiones en la cabeza, resbalones y/o caidas.
Entre otros metodos, un metodo accesible y aceptable para corregir este
riesgo es hacer
un techo nuevo con un compuesto de sellador.
