Section 6(a) of the Puerto Rico Occupational Safety and Health Act:The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment wich were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to: Seccion 6(a) de la Ley de Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo de Puerto Rico: El patrono no proveyo empleo y un sitio de empleo libre de riesgos reconocidos que esten causando o que puedan causar muerte o dano fisico a los empleado, por cuanto empleados estaban expuestos a: At the posterior area of Colon Brothers warehouse, there were observed two racks of approximately 20 feet heigth that have their legs damage. The racks were full of merchandize. The employees were moving and arranging merchandize. Hazard: Collapse of shelfs. En la parte posterior del area del almacen de Colon Brothers, se observaron dos anaqueles de aproximadamente 20 pies de altura los cuales tenian sus patas danadas. Los anaqueles estaban llenos de mercancia. Los empleados estaban moviendo y acomodando mercancia. Riesgo: Colapso de los anaqueles.
