Section 6a of the Puerto Rico Occupational Safety and Health Act: The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to: Seccion 6a de la Ley de Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo de Puerto Rico: El patrono no proveyo empleo y un sitio de empleo libre de riesgos reconocidos que esten causando o que puedan causar muerte o dano fisico a los empleados, por cuanto empleados estaban expuestos a: At the Dr. Agustin Stahl School, Barbosa Building, the employees were giving class in classrooms number 28, 29 and 35, located in the second floor. The teachers walked on the wood floor that had portruding nails and loose boards. The wood floor was seriously deteriorated, due to humidity, filtrations and time. Hazard: Trips, falls and cuts. Among other correction methods, a feasible and acceptable one would be to replace or reinforce the floors. En la Escuela Dr. Agustin Stahl, edificio Barbosa, los empleados estaban dando clases en los salones numero 28, 29 y 35, localizados en el segundo nivel. Los maestros caminaban sobre el suelo que tenia clavos sobresalidos y tablas sueltas, el suelo de madera estaba en serias condiciones de deterioro causadas por el tiempo, la humedad y las filtraciones. Riesgo: Tropezones, caidas y cortaduras. Entre otros metodos de correccion uno factible y aceptable para corregir este riesgo seria reemplazar o reforzar los pisos.ar
