employer did not
furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from
recognized hazards that
were causing or likely to cause death or physical harm to employees in
that employees were
exposed to:

proveyo empleo y un sitio de empleo libre de riesgos reconocidos que esten
causando o que
puedan causar muerte o dano fisico a los empleados, por cuanto empleados
estaban expuestos
a:
At the Department of Education in the Miguel Such School, it was observed
in the
complex 16 classroom 4 while the employees were performing educational
works, spots
in the acustic located in the ceiling, It is evidence of the water
filtrations.
One feasible and acceptable method of abatement would be seal the holes in
the ceiling.
Hazards: Slip and Falls.
En el Departamento de Educacion en la Escuela Miguel Such, se observo en
el complejo
16 salon 4 mientras los empleados estaban realizando trabajos propios de
educacion,
manchas en los acusticos localizados en el techo, los cuales son evidencia
de filtraciones
de agua.
Un metodo aceptable y factible para corregir las condiciones seria sellar
los agujeros en
el techo.
