Section 6(a) of the Puerto Rico Occupational Safety and Health Act: The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to: Seccion 6(a) de la Ley de Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo de Puerto Rico: El patrono no proveyo empleo y un sitio de empleo libre de riesgos reconocidos que estan causando o que puedan causar muerte o dano fisico a los empleados, por cuanto empleados estaban expuestos a: At the main entrance of the establishment's front in construction: While the employees make construction works, its was observed an square hole in the floor, those dimensions were of 1' 7 " and the depth was of 4.5 inches. Risk: Falls. Among other methods a feasible and acceptable method to correct this hazard is, cover the ground with a piece of wood. Frente a la entrada principal del establecimiento en construccion: Mientras los empleados realizaban trabajos de construccion, se observo un hueco cuadrado en el piso, cuyas dimensiones eran de 1'7" y cuya profundidad era de 4.5" pulgadas. Riesgo: Caidas. Entre otros metodos, uno factible y aceptable para corregir este riesgo es, tapar el suelo con un pedazo de madera.
