employer did not
furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from
recognized hazards that
were causing or likely to cause death or physical harm to employees in
that employees were
exposed to:

proveyo empleo y un sitio de empleo libre de riesgos reconocidos que estan
causando o que
puedan causar muerte o dano fisico a los empleados, por cuanto empleados
estaban expuestos
a:
At the Amigo Supermarket of Torrimar, the supermarket employees were
performing
work suchs as cleaning the supermarket, filling the stand with
merchandise, unloading
merchandise of truck, while employees of other company were performing
remodelation
works such as remotion and installation of tiles using welding torch to
remove
the tiles
and dry the tile glue. Supermarket employees were affecting due to the
vapor emanation
proceeding of tile removal process with welding torch. The employer
provided to
employees with dust mask.
Hazard: Suffocate.
En el supermercado Amigo de Torrimar, empleados del supermercado estaban
realizando
trabajos tales como: limpieza del supermercado, llenando gondolas con
mercancia,
descargando mercancoa del camion, mientras empleados de otra compania
estaban
realizando trabajos de remodelacion tales como: remocion e instalacion de
losa usando
una antorcha para remover y secar el pegamento. Empleados del supermercado
estaban
afectados debido a la emanacion de vapores procedentes del proceso de
remocion con
antorcha. El patrono proveyo a los empleados con mascara de polvo.
Riesgo: Asfixie.
