Section 6(a) of the Puerto Rico Occupational Safety and Health Act:  The
employer did not
furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from
recognized hazards that
were causing or likely to cause death or physical harm to employees in
that employees were
exposed to:

El patrono no
proveyo empleo y un sitio de empleo libre de riesgos reconocidos que esten
causando o que
puedan causar muerte o dano fisico a los empleados, por cuanto empleados
estaban expuestos
a:
At the second floor in the social work offices, it was observed spots on
the floor and
ceiling, that was evidence of water filtration in the area. The employees
were performing
social orientation works.
Hazard: Slips and falls.
Among other methods, a feasible and acceptable method is repair the
ceiling and any
broken pipe.
En en el segundo piso en las oficinas de trabajo social, se observo
manchas en el suelo
y techo, esto era evidencia de filtracion de agua en el area. Los
empleados realizaban
trabajos de orientacion social.
Riesgo: Resbalones y caidas.
Entre otros metodos de correccion, un metodo factible y aceptable para
corregir este
problema es reparar el techo y cualquier tuberia rota.ia
