Section 6(a) of the Puerto Rico Occupational Safety and Health Act:  The
employer did not
furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from
recognized hazards that
were causing or likely to cause death or physical harm to employees in
that employees were
exposed to:

El patrono no
proveyo empleo y un sitio de empleo libre de riesgos reconocidos que esten
causando o que
puedan causar muerte o dano fisico a los empleados, por cuanto empleados
estaban expuestos
a:
At the San Juan Bautista Gallery, employees performed works of guide and
cleaning,
where during a sampling they were 2,047 colony-forming units of fungi by
cubic meter
of air.
Hazard:  Inhalation of and contact with fungi.
Among other methods, one feasible and acceptable abatement method to
correct this
hazard is to clean the area, to install extractor and to place
dehumidifier to control
conditions that favor growth of fungi.
En la Galeria San Juan Bautista, empleados realizaban trabajos de guia y
de limpieza,
donde durante un muestreo habia 2,047 unidades de formacion de colonias de
hongo por
metro cubico de aire.
Riesgo:  Inhalacion de y contacto con hongo.
Entre otros metodos, un metodo aceptable y posible para corregir este
riesgo es limpiar
el area, instalar extractor y colocar deshumidificador para control
condiciones que
favorecen crecimiento de hongo.iento
