Section 6(a) of the Puerto Rico Occupational Safety and Health Act:  The
employer did not
furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from
recognized hazards that
were causing or likely to cause death or physical harm to employees in
that employees were
exposed to:
Seccion 6(a) de la Ley de Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo de Puerto Rico:
El patrono no
proveyo empleo y un sitio de empleo libre de riesgos reconocidos que esten
causando o que
puedan causar muerte o dano fisico a los empleados, por cuanto empleados
estaban expuestos
a:
At the dining room of the Department of Education- Rafael M. Labra School,
the
employees were preparing food, cleaning the dish, among others works. It
was observed
a spot of water at the cealing that evidenced filtrations.
Hazard: Slips and falls.
Among other correction methods, one feasible and acceptable to correct
this hazard is
repair the cealing.
En el comedor del Departamento de Educacion-Escuela Rafael M. Labra, los
empleados
preparaban la comida, limpiaban los platos, entre otros trabajos. Se
observo una mancha
de agua en el techo que evidenciaba filtraciones.
Riesgo: Resbalones y caidas.
Entre otros metodos de correccion, uno factible y aceptable para corregir
este riesgo es
reparar el techo.r

Hazard: Hit by the plastering.

observaron pedazos
del empanetado del techo desprendidos y otros pedazos que se estaban
desprendiendo.
