Section 6(a) of the Puerto Rico Occupational Safety and Health Act: The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to: Seccion 6(a) de la Ley de Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo de Puerto Rico: El patrono no proveyo empleo y un sitio de empleo libre de riesgos reconocidos que esten causando o que puedan causar muerte o dano fisico a los empleados, por cuanto empleados estaban expuestos a: At was warehouse area, mezzanine in the second floor at comercial establishment Zara de Puerto Rico: It's observed an employees accomodating mechandizer on lacks at height of 3'10" from the floor, it's there not fastened to the floor. Hazard: lacks desplaced. Among others method, a feasible and acceptable to correct these hazard is ancorage the racks to the floor. En el area del almacen, "mezzanine" en el segundo piso, del establecimiento comercial Zara de Puerto Rico: Se observo a empleados acomodando mercancia en unos anaqueles a una altura de 3'10" desde el nivel del piso, los cuales no estaban fijos al piso. Riesgo: Desplazamiento del anaquel. Entre otros metodos, uno factible y aceptable para corregir este riesgo es, anclar los anaqueles al piso.eles
