Section 6(a) of the Puerto Rico Occupational Safety and Health Act: The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to: Seccion 6(a) de la Ley de Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo de Puerto Rico: El patrono no proveyo empleo y un sitio de empleo libre de riesgos reconocidos que esten causando o que puedan causar muerte o dano fisico a los empleados, por cuanto empleados estaban expuestos a: At the Francisco Oller School, classroom 4-2. It was observed a removable wood wall wich was loose, the wall reel were damage causing that the wood panels were loose. The wood wall was located behind the teacher desk. The employee was teaching English. Hazard: Hit by collapsing wall. Among other correction method, a feasible and aceptable method to correct this hazard is, to fix the wood wall reels or screw the wall doors one another to evite its movement. En la Escuela Francisco Oller, salon 4-2. Se observo una pared de madera removible la cual estaba suelta, esta tenia el canal para moverla danado, lo que causaba que los paneles estuvieran flojos. La pared estaba localizada detras del escritorio de la maestra. El empleado estaba ensenando clases de Ingles. Riesgo: Golpeado por colapso de pared. Entro otros metodos de correccion, un metodo factible y aceptable para corregir este riesgo, es reparar los rieles de la pared de madera o fijar estos paneles para que no se muevan.
