El patrono no
proveyo empleo y un sitio de empleo libre de riesgos reconocidos que esten
causando o que
puedan causar muerte o dano fisico a los empleados, por cuanto empleados
estaban expuestos
a:
ASEM of Puerto Rico, Central Kitchen, Centro Medico: While the employees
performed
cooking works, such as food preparation, it were observed exposed hot
water pipes with
leaks in its joints and closing valves without protection.
Hazard: Contact with hot parts.
Among other methods, a feasible and acceptable method correct this hazard
is, insulated
or cover with a heat resistive material these pipes.
ASEM De Puerto Rico, Cocina Central, Centro Medico: Mientras los empleados
realizaban trabajos de cocina, tal como preparacion de alimentos, fueron
observadas
tuberias de agua caliente expuestas con escapes en las juntas y en las
valvulas de cierre
sin proteccion.
Riesgo: Contacto con partes calientes.
Entre otros metodos, uno factible y aceptable para corregir este riesgo
es, aislar o cubrir
con material resistente al calor estas tuberias.e

cooking works, such as food preparation, it were observed some burners
without the gas
regulating buttons the gas stove trademark Vulcan, property number 45720.
Hazard: Difficult to regulate and/or shut off gas flow
Among other methods, a feasible and acceptable method to correct this
hazard is, provide
at the burners and place regulator buttons that did not have it.

varios quemadores sin los botones reguladores de flujo de gas en la estufa

proveer y
colocar los botones reguladores de flujo en los quemadores que no lo

hazard is, the
repair or replacement of this locks

proposito, no tenia los seguros para mantener la tapa de la mezcladora en
su lugar.
