Section 6(a) of the Puerto Rico Occupational Safety and Health Act:  The
employer did not
furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from
recognized hazards that
were causing or likely to cause death or physical harm to employees in
that employees were
exposed to:

El patrono no
proveyo empleo y un sitio de empleo libre de riesgos reconocidos que esten
causando o que
puedan causar muerte o dano fisico a los empleados, por cuanto empleados
estaban expuestos
a:
At the "Municipio de San Juan-Torre Municipal", in the purchases and
provisions office
in the eight floor, while the employees were performing purchases and other
administrative works such computer writing and answer phone calls, it was
observed
computer cables at the floor in the employees area.
Hazard: Stumble and falls by cables.
Among other method, a feasible and aceptable method to correct this hazard
is, to
relocated or take out the cables at the floor.
En el Municipio de San Juan-Torre Municipal en la oficina de compras y
suministros,
piso ocho, mientras los empleados estaban realizando compras y otros
trabajos
administrativos como escritura en computadora y contestar telefono, se
observo cables
de computadora en el piso en el area de los empleados.
Riesgo: Tropezones y caidas con los cables.
Entre otros metodos, un metodo accesible y aceptable para corregir este
riesgo es,
reubicar o sacar los cables del piso.s
