Minn. Stat. 182.653 subd. 2: The employer did not furnish to each employee, conditions of employment and a place of employment free from recognized hazards which caused or were likely to cause death or serious injury to employees: An employee was exposed to fall hazards of approximately 15-20' when he was observed working off of a pallet which had been elevated by a rough-terrain forklift. The pallet was not a sufficient work platform because it was not guarded, secured and fall protection was not worn.
