Section 5(a)(1) of the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970: The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to a caught between hazard: a) On or about 08/16/04 in the hanger of Building 375 an employee was using a scissor lift to access the underside of an KC-135 aircraft wing. The overhead clearance was not maintained and the employee was fatally pinned between the scissor and the aircraft wing. Among other methods, one feasible and acceptable abatement method to correct the hazard in to ensure the operators/ users comply with ANSI/SIA A92.6-1999, Section 7 and 8.d
