Section 5(a)(1) of the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970: The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to: a)2547 Brunetta Drive, Vineland, NJ 08360 - The below the hook lifting device on the truck used to move septic tanks had no rated load capacity markings. On or about 08/17/04. NOTE: Among other methods, one feasible and acceptable abatement method to correct this hazard is to determine and mark the rated load of the lifting device on the main structure or equivalent in accordance with ASME B30.20-1999, Section 20-1.2.1. NOTE: THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION FOR THIS ITEM, FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1,000.00 AS PER 29 CFR 1903.19.
