In the Hot Prep area of the buffet kitchen, the employee was removing several plates from the top of the steamer when she knocked the stick that was wedged against the door lock to keep the door shut. When the door fell open it came in contact with her arm and burned her. The steamer door lock had broken a month before and they were using a stick to wedge the door shut when in operation.
