Section 6(a) of the Puerto Rico Occupational Safety and Health Act: The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to: Seccion 6(a) de la Ley de Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo de Puerto Rico: El patrono no proveyo empleo y un sitio de empleo libre de riesgos reconocidos que esten causando o que puedan causar muerte o dano fisico a los empleados, por cuanto empleados estaban expuestos a: The employees were exposed to accidents and serious injuries such as contusions, cuts, and fractures due to damaged shifts indicators on the driver cabins of Pick up Trucks, the vehicles were not indicating the real shift the vehicle was on, the indicators were stuck in one shift. The vehicles were used on the Airport Ramp by the employees as a transportation mean. a. Ford Ranger V9 b. Ford Ranger V22 Ammong other methos, one feasible and acceptable methos to correct this hazard is to fix the shift indicator on the damaged vehicles. Empleados estaban expuestos a accidentes y lesiones serias tales como contuciones, cortaduras y fracturas debido a que los indicadors de los cambios en la cabina del conductor de camionetas , se observo en los vehiculos que no indicaban el cambio real en el cual el vehiculo se encontraba, los indicadores estaban atascados en un solo cambio. Los vehiculos eran usados por los empleados en la Rampa del Aeropuerto como medio de transportacion. a. Ford Ranger V9 b. Ford Ranger V22 Entre otros metodos, uno factible y aceptable para corregir este riesgo es reparar el indicador de cambio en los vehiculos con desperfectos.

Section 6(a) of the Puerto Rico Occupational Safety and Health Act: The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to: Seccion 6(a) de la Ley de Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo de Puerto Rico: El patrono no proveyo empleo y un sitio de empleo libre de riesgos reconocidos que esten causando o que puedan causar muerte o dano fisico a los empleados, por cuanto empleados estaban expuestos a: Employees were exposed to injuries such as contusions, and fractures due to falls from the top of the tank of the refueling truck R-1, the height of the fall from the top of the tank to ground level is 8 feet and 32 inches of width on the walking and working surface on top of the tank. The employees had to climb on top of truck while filling the tank with combustible for aircrafts. Among other methods, one feasible and acceptable method to correct this hazard is to place guardrails on the sides of the walking and working surface. Empleados estaban expuestos a lesiones tales como contuciones y fracturas debido a caidas desde la parte superior del tanque del camion de "Refueling", la alutra desde la parte superior del tanque hasta el nivel del suelo es de 8 pies y 32 pulgadas es el ancho de la superficie de caminar y trabajar en la parte superior del tanque. Los empleados tenian que subir a la parte superior del tanque mientras lo llenaban de combustible para avion. Entre otros metodos, uno factible y aceptable para corregir este riesgo es instalar barandas en los lados de la superficie de caminar y trabajar.

Section 6(a) of the Puerto Rico Occupational Safety and Health Act: The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to: Seccion 6(a) de la Ley de Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo de Puerto Rico: El patrono no proveyo empleo y un sitio de empleo libre de riesgos reconocidos que esten causando o que puedan causar muerte o dano fisico a los empleados, por cuanto empleados estaban expuestos a: Employees were exposed to injuries such as contusions, cuts, and delay of exit from the vehicle in case of accident or emergency due to a damaged inside door actuator on the passenger side of the Refueling Truck R-1. Vehicle was used by employees to refuel aircrafts. Among other methos, one feasible and acceptable method to correct this hazard is to fix or replace the damaged door actuator. Empleados estaban expuestos a lesiones tales como contuciones, cortaduras y retraso en salir del vehiculo en caso de un accidente o emergencia debido a que la manija interior de abrir y cerrar la puerta del lado del pasajero del camion de "Refueling" R-1, estaba danada. El vehiculo era usado por los empleados para reabastecer combustible en los aviones. Entre otros metodos, uno factible y aceptable para corregir este riesgo es reparar o reemplazar la manija o mecanismo de accionar la puerta.
