Section 6(a) of the Puerto Rico Occupational Safety and Health Act: The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to: Seccion 6(a) de la Ley de Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo de Puerto Rico: El patrono no proveyo empleo y un sitio de empleo libre de riesgos reconocidos que esten causando o que puedan causar muerte o dano fisico a los empleados, por cuanto empleados estaban expuestos a: Empoyees were exposed to baterias and virus due to contact with used waters from overflow on the sanitary plumbing that was discharging in fron to the showhall and parking entrances of the Jesus T. Pinero school located in Trujillo Alto. The employees had to walk by the places were Cada dueno de cualquier local usado en todo en parte como sitio de empleo, deber cumplir con todas las normas de seguridad ocupacionales y todas las reglas, reglamentos y ordenes emitidas de acuerdo con esta ley, respecto a aquellas partes del local bajo su control y no bajo el control del patrono.
