proveyo empleo y un sitio de empleo libre de riesgos reconocidos que esten
causando o que
puedan causar muerte o dano fisico a los empleados, por cuanto empleados
estaban expuestos
a:
Employees exposed to hits, and contusions due to  the slab of concrete in
front of the Fire Pump
Trucks parking was observed cracked and sunked.  This condition
accumulated water and mud
on the broken floor posing a wet and slipery condition and a tripping
hazard to employees that
had to walk and transit by the place.
Among other methods, one feasible and acceptable method to correct this
hazard is to fix the
broken concrete.
Empleados expuestos a golpes y  contuciones debido a que la pieza del
suelo de concreto en
frente al estacionamiento de los Camiones Bombas se observo craqueado y
hundido.  Esto creaba
una condicion de acumulacion de agua y fango en el piso danado y craba
riesgo de piso mojado,
resbalozo y tropezones a los empleados que tenian que caminar y transitar
por el lugar.
Entre otros metodos, un metodo factible y aceptable para corregir este
riesgo es arreglar la pieza
de concreto que esta roto.

the door.  Employees
used the door for access to personnel area.

hazard is to replace
the door.
Empleados expuestos a cortaduras debido a que la puerta de cristal que
daba acceso al Area de
Personal en el Cuartel de Bomberos Estatales de Carolina tenia el cristal
craqueado en algunas
partes de la puerta.  Empleados usaban la puerta para tener acceso al area
de personal.
Entre otros metods, uno factible y aceptable para corregir este riesgo es
reemplazar
la puerta.

The firemen were exposed to bumps and hits due to having to continue
getting on their
protective gear while the vehicles were moving on the Fire Pump Truck
palte number 31158GE.
Employees were not wearing their seat belts all the time the vehicle was
on movement and the
vehicle was on transit and could come to sudden stops or be involved in
accident.
At the
Cuartel de Bombas of Bomberos Estatales de Carolina.
Among other methods, one feasible and acceptable to correct this hazard is
to enforce that
supervisors going with firemen to the field, enforce the use of seat belts
as stipiulated on
Bomberos Estatales policies.
Los bomberos estaban expuestos a cantazos y golpes debido a que tenian que
continuar
colocandose el equipo de proteccion mientras los vehiculos como el Camion
Bomaba tablilla #
31158GE se encontraban en movimiento.  Empleados no estaban usando los
cinturones al
momento que el vehiculo estaba en movimiento y el vehiculo estaba en
transito and podria tener
que realizar paradas subitas o tener un accidente.
Entre otros metodos, uno factible y aceptable para corregir este riesgo es
el de esforzar a los
supervisores que van con los bomberos al campo, esfuerzen la politica de
uso de cinturones que
tienen los Bomberos Estatales.
