Section 6(a) of the Puerto Rico Occupational Safety and Health Act:  The
employer did not
furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from
recognized hazards that
were causing or likely to cause death or physical harm to employees in
that employees were
exposed to:
Seccion 6(a) de la Ley de Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo de Puerto Rico:
El patrono no
proveyo empleo y un sitio de empleo libre de riesgos reconocidos que esten
causando o que
puedan causar muerte o dano fisico a los empleados, por cuanto empleados
estaban expuestos
a:
Employees exposed to falls due leaks in the front wall of the Puesto #1.
At the
Campamento Zarzal, located on Road 966 Barrio Zarzal Final, Rio Grande:
Where
the
employees were doing their tasks as custodian police, was investigate taht
in rainny days
the water filters through the front wall of the Puesto #1 and puddles on
the floor where
the employees doing their work.
Among other methods, one feasible and acceptable method to correct this
hazard is repair
the wall.
Empleados expuestos a caidas debido a filtraciones en la pared del frente
del Puesto #1.
En el Campamento Zarzal, localizado en la Carr. 966 Barrio Zarzal Final,
Rio Grande:
Donde los empleados realizaban sus tareas como policias de custodia, se
investigo que
en dias lluviosos el agua se filtra por la pared del frente del Puesto #1
y se acumula en
el piso donde los empleados hacen su trabajo.
Entre otros metodos, un metodo apropiado y acceptable para corregir este
riesgo
es
reparar la pared.r
