Section 6(a) of the Puerto Rico Occupational Safety and Health Act: The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to: Seccion 6(a) de la Ley de Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo de Puerto Rico: El patrono no proveyo empleo y un sitio de empleo libre de riesgos reconocidos que esten causando o que puedan causar muerte o dano fisico a los empleados, por cuanto empleados estaban expuestos a: Employees exposed to being stuck by the damage door. At the AAA-Cubuy Filter Plant, located on Road 186 Bo. Cubuy Km 8.4, Canovanas: Where the employees were doing works of operator plant, was observed that the door in lime room had the frame unattached to the wall. The employees used this door to access the lime room. Among other methods, one feasible and acceptable method to correct this hazard is removed the door. Empleados expuestos a ser golpeados por la puerta danada. En la AAA-Planta de Filtros Cubuy, localizada en la Carr. 186 Bo. Cubuy Km 8.4, Canovanas: Donde los empleados estaban realizando trabajos de operador de planta, se observo que la puerta en el cuarto de cal tenia el marco despegado de la pared. Los empleados utilizan esa puerta para accesar el cuarto de cal. Entre otros metodos, un metodo apropiado y acceptable para corregir este riesgo es quitar la puerta.

Section 6(a) of the Puerto Rico Occupational Safety and Health Act: The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to: Seccion 6(a) de la Ley de Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo de Puerto Rico: El patrono no proveyo empleo y un sitio de empleo libre de riesgos reconocidos que esten causando o que puedan causar muerte o dano fisico a los empleados, por cuanto empleados estaban expuestos a: Employees exposed to being stuck by the cement piece of the plastering of the roof. At the AAA-Cubuy Filter Plant, located on Road 186 Bo. Cubuy Km 8.4, Canovanas: Where the employees were doing works of operator plant, was observed that the roof have leaks by which the plastering is falling. The employees have to work in the lime room. Among other methods, one feasible and acceptable method to correct this hazard is Empleados expuestos a golpes bor pedazos de cementos del empanetado del techo. En la AAA-Planta de Filtros Cubuy, localizada en la Carr. 186 Bo. Cubuy Km 8.4, Canovanas: Donde los empleados estaban realizando trabajos como operador de planta, se observo que hay filtraciones en el techo por lo cual el empanetado se esta cayendo. Los empleados tienen que trabajar en el cuarto de cal. Entre otros metodos, un metodo apropiado y aceptable para corregir este riesgo es darle tratamiento para sellar el techo.
