that employees were
exposed to:

proveyo empleo y un sitio de empleo libre de riesgos reconocidos que esten
causando o que
puedan causar muerte o dano fisico a los empleados, por cuanto empleados
estaban expuestos
a:
Tripping hazards due to a floor open hole that was not covered or
barricated around it, the  hole
had the following dimansions: 9 feet long, 6 feet wide and 19 inches in
depth.  Employees
worked placing rebars in a wall adyacent to the hole and they walked on a
piece of wood that
was placed crossing it as a bridge to access to the working area. At the
northen building of
Ocean Sixteen Proyect at Westin Rio Mar premises.
Among other methods, one feasible and acceptable method to correct this
hazard is to place a
cover on the hole or barricade it.
Riesgo de tropezones debido a un hueco abierto en el piso que no estaba
cubierto o con
barricada alrededor, el hueco tenia las siguientes dimensiones: 9 pies de
largo, 6 pies de ancho
y 19 pulgadas de profundidad.  Empleados estaban colocando varillas en una
pared adyacente
al hueco y ellos caminaban sobre un tablon que tenian colocado cruzando el
hueco como puente
para acceder el area donde estaban trabajando.  En el edificio localizado
en el norte del proyecto
Ocean Sixteen en las inmediaciones del Hotel Westin Rio Mar.
Entre otros metodos, un metodo factible y aceptable para corregir este
riesgo es cubrir rl mismo
o colocar barricada alrededor.
