Employees exposed to contact with metal rotating fan blades of an
Industrial electrical fan.
Employees were operating an electric industrial fan that had a very
deteriorated case due to
corrotion, it presented a hole of 4 inches by 9 inches of dimension.  The
fan was placed in the
hallway in front of La Dona Cage at El Comandante Horse Track.
Among other methods, one feasible and acceptable method to correct the
hazard is to fix the case
of the fan.

industrial.  Empleados
estaban operando el abanico electrico que tenia la cubierta de bien
deteriorada debido a la
corrocion, presentababa un hueco de dimensiones de 4 pulgadas por 9
pulgadas.  El abanico
estaba colocado en el pasillo frente a la jaula de La Dona en el Hipodromo
El Comandante.
Entre otros metodos, uno factible y aceptable para corregir este riesgo es
arreglar la cubierta del
abanico.
